A private video call (or aperitivo in Florence). We listen for the things you don't yet have words for — the season, the texture, the people you want in the room.

Concept & Venue
Month 1 — 3
We propose three curated destinations with private villa visits. A bespoke design concept is presented: palette, mood, florals, stationery, light.
III.
Design & Production
Month 3 — 9
Vendor curation, menu tastings, paper proofs, music sourcing. You receive a single editorial planning document — no spreadsheets, no chaos.
IV.
The Final Month
Month 10 — 12
Guest concierge opens. Welcome boxes are crafted, timelines finalised, every supplier rehearsed. You arrive in Italy with nothing on your mind but each other.

Is a legal marriage required in Italy?
Not at all. Most of our couples have a symbolic ceremony in Italy and handle the legal paperwork at home. If you prefer a civil or religious ceremony here, we guide you through every document and appointment.
How do we choose the right date?
Spring (May–June) and early autumn (September–October) offer the best balance of weather, light and villa availability. We reserve the most exclusive venues up to 18 months ahead.
What is the ideal guest count?
Forty to eighty guests feels most intimate and manageable in Italian villas. We also design elopements for two to twenty guests — Italy is just as magical with a smaller circle.
Do I need my own coordinator on the day?
No — that is exactly what we are for. Our team of two planners is on the ground from the morning welcome to the last dance. You wake up and simply walk toward the aisle.
How much does an Italian wedding cost?
Total budgets typically range from €40,000 to €500,000+ depending on guest count, venue and season. Our professional fees start at €6,500. After your inquiry we send a detailed brochure with sample budgets.
Can we plan everything from abroad?
Absolutely. Most of our couples live in the US, UK or UAE. We work via video calls, shared mood boards and a single planning document. You only fly to Italy for the final venue visit and the wedding itself.
What documents are needed?
For a civil ceremony: passports, birth certificates with an apostille, nulla osta (certificate of no impediment). For symbolic ceremonies: none at all. We handle translations, appointments and every deadline.
