The story

Eleonora found us through a handwritten letter sent from Madrid. Tomás had proposed in Pienza two summers earlier, and she wanted to return for the wedding — but only if 'the hills would be left to speak for themselves.'

We built three days around silence. A welcome dinner inside a fifteenth-century cloister, candles down a single 32-metre table. A morning of vintage Fiat 500s through Val d'Orcia. The ceremony itself at golden hour, under a single olive tree at the edge of the estate.

Dinner unfolded under strings of warm bulbs, with a single trumpet playing Italian standards. Pasta hand-rolled by the villa's nonna. Tiramisù served at midnight, by candlelight, in the cypress avenue.
